It seems almost everywhere I go, service managers are looking to hire technicians, service advisors, and other support staff. I urge you to search for these people even during the Holidays. Who knows? Maybe your available position would be the greatest gift of all to a family that needs stability and a great future.

These colleges are turning out young people with a desire to be in the automotive field....so much so that many have attained loans, but all have made a committment. Sure, they are not Level 4 certified, but let's take a look in the mirror. These requirements have been evolving for a few years now, and that's given us enough time to meet most of our needs.
